Mike Hylan is a licensed real estate agent in California and the owner of Affordable Legal Services, a comprehensive litigation support firm based in Nevada County with over 20 years of experience. He started his real estate career in 2006, identifying a need for a full-service property management company. His expertise spans residential and commercial real estate sales, property management, and leasing, supported by both formal education and extensive hands-on experience. Raised in Placer County and a resident of Nevada County for 20 years, Mike has studied Law Enforcement and Business Administration and completed a Paralegal program. He is currently working towards his Certified Property Manager designation. Outside of work, Mike enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including camping and boating.
